BIOGRAPHY Martin has had a passion for dance music since before he even hit his teens , at the age of 14 he got his 1st set of decks (belt drive numarks to be exact) and he was hooked! a year later he got a pair of 1210's (proper decks , at last). If he wasnt djing he was searching for vinyl's and he soon started djing at friends birthdays and house parties playing dance , trance & hardhouse. Martin got his 1st paid gig at the age of 17 and has never looked back since. (14 years later he is still rocking dancefloor's across the UK) Martin's reputation soon gained him regular gigs at some of Leicester's best known venues including Hartley's , Rack & Roll , Forbidden , Undecided , Route 46 and Tobasco Jazz. In his 1st few years djing he had already dj'd alongside and warmed up for Lisa Lashes , Andy Farley , Paul Kershaw and Nick Rafferty. By 2001 Martin's style of music turned more towards house music and commercial dance , Martin has been playing house music ever since (both commercial and non commercial) Martin's unique dj style catches your eye straight away , He uses samples and acapellas (making live mash ups) , uses the EQ's and effects to create a real atmosphere and teases the crowd with loops and unexpected drops. Martin is a very hands on DJ and makes every set he plays stand out. Because of this he has caught the eye of many promoters and venues and hes dj'd across the UK. Martin now holds exclusive residencies at Mobius and Epsilon in Leicester , He is also resident for the world famous GLAMHOUSE brand and reguarly djs at big events like hed kandi , ministry of sound and many more.
